There is no way in PP11 to prevent editing of a document created by printing to the PP Image Printer, unless its file system attributes and/or PDF security permissions are changed manually after creation.
If you want to use Adobe software to edit your PDF files you’ll need to pay for it, unless you use the free 30-day trial version of Acrobat. Maybe a better solution would be to scan to an image format instead of to a PDF.
